The machine has double packed plungers making it suitable for aseptic processing. The machine can handle both viscouse and abrasive products because of the ball type pump valves with taperd Rexalloy pump valve seats .
The machine is executed with a two stage hydraulic operated homogensing valve assembly and an 11 kW motor set at 1000 l/h - 250 bar.
