We provide service and all kind of repairs, maintenance and modifications for high pressure homogenisers, especially for the APV/SPX Gaulin & Rannie machines.

Among others we offer:

- Conversion from manual to hydraulic operated homogenisers valves.
- Conversion from "conventional" to energy saving micro gap type homogenising valves.
- Conversion of the cylinder block from poppet to ball valve type.
- Automatic control of the homogenising pressures.
- Conversion of standard cylinder blocks to double packed aseptic execution.
- Repair of integral pump valve seats by installing removable Rexalloy® seats.
- Complete overhaul of machines and cylinder blocks.
